• 4 cups (1 liter) Beef Stock
• 3 tbsps (45 ml) soy sauce
• 1 tsp (5 ml) ginger ground (mccormick )
• 6 cloves whole (mccormick )
• 3 cinnamon sticks
• 1/4 tsp (1 ml) red pepper crushed (mccormick )
• 4 oz (113 g) Stir-Fry Rice Noodles (thai kitch)
• 1/2 lb (250 g) boneless beef sirloin steak
• 4 green onions thinly sliced
• 1 cup (250 ml) fresh bean sprouts
• 1 lime quartered
• 2 tbsps (30 ml) chopped fresh cilantro
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) chopped fresh mint
