Sweet Potato & Marshmallow Bake

Ingredients

• 3 pounds (about 6 large potatoes)
• or 2 (29-ounce) cans (drained) sweet potatoes
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
• 1/2 cup heavy cream or evaporated milk
• 2 tablespoons cold butter or margarine
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon allspice
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 cup miniature marshmallows
