• 1¼ oz (37 ml) Tio Pepe Fino Sherry
• ½ oz (15 ml) Vecchia Romagna Brandy
• ¼ oz (7 ml) Pernod
• 1 oz (30 ml) Spiced Apricot Jam Syrup
• 1 oz (30 ml) lemon juice
• ½ oz (15 ml) simple syrup
• 4 dashes Bittered Sling Kensington Bitters or other aromatic bitters
