- 100g/3½oz milk chocolate , chopped
- 200g/7oz dark chocolate , chopped
- 150g/5½oz unsalted butter , cut into cubes
- 150g/5½oz plain flour , sifted
- pinch ground cinnamon
- pinch ground mixed spice
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
- 250ml/9fl oz double cream
- 1 tbsp caster sugar (or to taste)
- 2 tbsp mint , shredded
- 4 tbsp crushed honeycomb
