Ingredients

• 1/3 cup of Olive Oil Divine Traditional Aged White Balsamic Vinegar
• 1/3 cup of Olive Oil Divine Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 4 tbsp of Olive Oil Divine Champagne Aged White Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 tsp of Olive Oil Divine Italian Seasoning (Salt Free)
• 1/2 tsp Olive Oil divine Himalayan Pink Salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
• 1/2 red onion, chopped
• 1 cucumber, chopped
• 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup basil leaves
• 1 cup Olive Oil Divine Kalamata Olives
• 2/3 cup feta cheese crumbles
• 1 can of Anchovy strips (optional)
