My version of Irish cream coffee. Reminds me of a cappuccino. A nice morning treat!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almonds (soaked)
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/3 vanilla pod (scraped)
- 3 dates
- 2 teaspoons maca
- 1 teaspoon cacao
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon mixed spice
