• 2 (1 ) turkey breast, skin on
• 1/4 cup (50 ml) oil
• 1/4 cup (50 ml) liquid honey bee (billy bee/)
• 1/4 cup (50 ml) diced onions
• 1 cup (250 ml) dried apricots, diced
• 3 tbsp (45 ml) apricot preserves
• 1 tsp (5 ml) chili pepper chipotle (mccormick )
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) margarine
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
• 2 cups (500 ml) turkey or chicken stock
• sea salt grinder (club house) To taste
• pepper ground black (club house) To taste
