• 2 c cooked shredded chicken
• 1 c shredded Mexican cheese
• 1/2 c diced sweet onion
• 1/4 tsp. cumin
• 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp. chili powder
• 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
• salt and ground black pepper, to taste
