• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 medium poblano peppers ((chopped))
• 1 medium onion ((chopped))
• 4 cloves garlic ((minced))
• 2 lbs boneless / skinless chicken breast
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp white pepper
• 1 tbsp Chili powder
• ½ tsp cumin powder
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 2 cans white beans ((15 oz/drained))
• 1 can yellow corn ((15.25 oz/drained))
• 1½ cups chicken broth
• 1 can cheddar cheese condensed soup ((10.5 oz))
• 4 oz cream cheese ((softened))
• ½ cup sour cream
