- 2 Tbsp corn starch
- 1 Tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
- juice of 1 small lemon
- 1 tsp each paprika
- 1 Tsp ground coriander
- 1 Tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 Tsp garlic powder
- salt to taste
- 1-2 Tbsp water
