Tahini gives a lovely sweet and salty kick to these crisp cookies. Our crunchy pretzel cookies have been triple tested and are great for entertaining guests
Ingredients
- 225g unsalted butter
- 50g tahini
- 225g good-quality white chocolate
- 300g plain flour
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds plus a little to decorate
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 2 pinches ground cinnamon
- 200g soft light brown sugar
- 100g golden caster sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 85g pretzels roughly broken into shards
