  • 3Tbsp Flour
  • 2-3 Cups milk (I use whole, but 1-2% will work)
  • 1-2 Cups grated cheese (Sharp cheddar & Pecorino/Parmesan)
  • 1tsp Thyme
  • 1tsp Black Truffle Salt (or to taste)
  • 1Tbsp White Truffle extra virgin olive oil plus more for drizzling over top
  • 8oz Pasta (Rotini, Penne, or your favorite)
  • Extra parm for topping
