Polenta Pasticcio Orientale - Kikkoman Home Cooks

• 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
• 3/4 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning, crumbled
• 1-1/2 cups water
• 4 teaspoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
• 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1-1/2 pounds tomatoes, chopped
• 3 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs, crumbled
• 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
• 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
