Grainy mustard chicken & white bean bake - Krinos

Ingredients

• • 8 chicken legs
• • 200 g medium or small white beans
• • 4 garlic cloves, sliced
• • 2 celery stalks, chopped
• • 400 g tomatoes, cut into small cubes
• • 100 ml olive oil
• • 500 ml reserved cooking water from beans
• • Salt & pepper
• • 1 tbsp brown sugar
• • 6-7 fresh oregano sprigs
• • 150 g feta cheese, crumbled
• • 1 tsp fennel seeds, crushed
• Chicken rub
• • 1 tsp coarse salt
• • 2 tsp fennel seeds
• • ¼ black pepper
• • 2 tbsp grained mustard
• Garnish
• • Zest of 1 lemon
