Ingredients

• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 3 carrots (chopped)
• 3 celery stalks (chopped)
• 8 oz mushrooms (sliced)
• 6 cups Zoup! Beef Bone Broth
• 5 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• ½ tsp pepper
• 1 cup rice
• 2 cups small potatoes (diced)
• 2 cups spinach
• 2 tbsp flour
• 4 tbsp water
• ⅔ cup heavy cream
• ½ cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
• Salt and pepper to taste
