Fiesta Chicken Fajita Bowls

Ingredients

• 1 chicken breast, cut in half lengthwise
• 1 Tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1.5 teaspoons dried oregano
• 1/4 teaspoon cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
• 1.5 cups Cooked Jasmine rice
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
• 1 cup Salsa, store-bought or homemade
• 1/2 cup Guacamole, store-bought or homemade
• 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
