Salted Caramel Apple Bars

Ingredients

• 1/2 c unsalted butter, melted
• 1/4 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 c flour
• 2 large apples, thinly sliced (about 1/4")
• I used one large granny smith apple and two small gala apples
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
• 1/8 tsp nutmeg, ground
• 1/4 c old fashioned-oats
• 1/3 c brown sugar (light or dark is fine)
• 1/4 c flour
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 c unsalted butter, cold and diced
