Ingredients

• 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter, at room temperature
• 1/3 cup (75 mL) packed brown sugar
• 1/3 cup (75 mL) granulated sugar
• 1 Ontario Egg
• 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
• 1-1/3 cups (325 mL) all-purpose flour
• 1-1/2 tsp (7 mL) cornstarch
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) baking soda
• 1 bar (100 g) milk chocolate, coarsely chopped (2/3 cup/150 mL)
• 3/4 cup (175 mL) diced Ontario Strawberries
• 2 cups (500 mL) vanilla, strawberry or chocolate ice cream
• 8 Ontario Strawberries
