Lauki Paratha - Zayka Ka Tadka

- Whole Wheat flour/Aata - 1 Cup + for dusting
- Besan/Gram flour - 2 Tablespoon
- Bottle gourd/Lauki - 1/2 grated
- Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
- Coriander leaves - 2 Tablespoon chopped
- Heeng/Asafoetida - a pinch
- Garam masala/All spice mix - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Salt - as per taste
- Red chilli powder - as per taste
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Fennel seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Ghee/Clarified butter - for roasting
