Ingredients

• 6 Tablespoons dark brown sugar
• 3 teaspoons paprika
• 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon Chipotle seasoning
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
• 2 pounds ground chuck
• 1 cup freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 package of already cooked hickory bacon heated for 30 seconds and chopped
• 6 rolls, slightly toasted on the grill
