• 1/2 Cup Canola Oil
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
• 1 tsp Cinnamon, powder
• 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, grated
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 2 Egg(s), at room temprature
• 2 Cup Cream Cheese, 2 of 8 ounce package, softened
• 2/3 Cup Sugar, granulated white sugar
• 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
• 1 tsp Lemon, juice
• 1 tsp All-Purpose Flour
• 1/2 Cup Walnuts, and/or pecans, rough chopped, for decorating cake
