Made with fresh bananas and toffee and combined with a simple ice cream base. Great scooped into a cone in summer or served with a hot pudding in winter!

- 100g Caster sugar
- 2 large Firm bananas
- chopped into small pieces
- Juice of a large lemon
- 397g can Carnation Condensed Milk
- 284ml Carton whipping cream
- lightly whipped
- 284ml carton Single cream
- 150g Toffee or fudge
- finely chopped
