• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 300 g lean beef mince
• 10 ml sweet chilli sauce
• 5 ml curry powder
• 2 1/2 ml garam masala
• 1 1/2 ml garam masala
• 1 1/2 ml ground cumin
• 1 medium carrot, grated
• 125 ml chicken stock
• 2 large potatoes, peeled
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 170 ml amasi
• 30 ml butter
• 2 1/2 ml salt
• 1 1/2 ml ground pepper
• Fresh parsley, to serve
