• 50ml soy sauce
• 150m olive oil
• juice half a lemon
• salt and pepper
• 800g large new potatoes
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 medium red onions (peeled, but with the root intact)
• 2 unwaxed lemons
• Maldon salt
• freshly milled pepper
