• 4 oz (about 1/2 cup) white couverture chocolate, chopped
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup regular flour or gluten-free flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 4 oz. (about 1/2 cup) couverture white chocolate, finely chopped (or use white chocolate drops)
• 1/2 cup pumpkin
• 1/2 cup whipping cream
• 4 egg yolks
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp cloves
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
