• 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
• 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
• 1 cup frozen peas (if you'd like)
• 1/2 tsp salt
