• 3 T apricot jam/ preserve
• 1 t soya sauce
• 2 T treacle sugar
• Sesame oil for cooking
• 4 C cooked white or wild rice
• 3 T sesame oil
• 3 t ground cumin
• 1 t turmeric
• 2 T black pepper fine
• 1 C chopped chives
• 4 eggs
