Ingredients

• 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 cup Martinelli’s Apple Juice or Cider
• 1 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoons honey
• ¼ teaspoon lemon zest
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• pinch cayenne pepper
• 2 cups spinach, or any kind of greens
• 1 Fuji apple, sliced
• ½ cup pecans
• 2 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
• 2 ounces purple onions, chopped
