Ingredients: 4 sweet potatoes (750g); 2 tbsp rapeseed oil; 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce; 150 g rice vermicelli noodles; 130 g crunchy peanut butter; Handful fresh mint and coriander (leaves picked); 100 g baby-leaf spinach; 16 22 cm-diameter rice paper rolls; 2 garlic cloves (crushed); 2 chillies (minced); 1-3 tsp agave syrup (to taste); 2 tbsp vegan oyster sauce; 1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
