Orange Bread & Butter Pudding - Lyndey Milan
Fans of the English TV series Pie in the Sky will know why I’ve developed this recipe so I share my version of it with you.
Ingredients
- 10 slices white bread, approximately
- butter, softened
- ¼ cup good-quality orange marmalade
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
- 1 cup (250 ml/8 fl oz) cream
- 1 cup (250 ml/8 fl oz) milk
- ¼ cup sultanas
