- 1/2 tsp Salt (to remove the bitter flavor)
- 15 g Carrot (shredded)
- 70 g Moyashi Bean Sprouts
- 1 Garlic Clove (coarsely chopped)
- 1/3 tsp Chicken Stock Powder (Granulated)
- 1/2 tbsp Sake
- 1/3 tsp Soy Sauce
- Black Pepper
- Katsuobushi (Bonito Flakes) (optional)
