• chicken thighs (I used breasts because it’s all I had)
• 1/4 teaspoon palm sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
• 1 tablespoon fish sauce
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 2 tablespoons rice bran oil
• coarse salt
• white pepper
• lime wedges
• thinly sliced chilli
