Ingredients

• 2 lb Chicken Pieces , carcasses, feet, wings (0.9 kg)
• A handful of Fresh Parsley
• 1 Large Onion, peeled chopped
• 2 Medium Carrots peeled chopped
• 1 Celery Stalk chopped
• 4 Garlic Cloves peeled
• 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
• 2 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Whole Black Peppercorns
• 2 Bay Leaves
• 2 quarts Water (8 cups/2 liters)
• A Squeeze of Lemon
