Green Pepper Chicken N Savoury Rice recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 Chopped onion
• 1 cup Chopped mushrooms
• 1 cup Chopped coloured peppers
• 1 cup Frozen corn
• 2 Grated carrots
• 2 teaspoon Spice for rice,
• 2 teaspoon peri peri powder, curry leaves,
• Add to rice and leave to steam.
• Green pepper chicken
• 1 chicken disjointed
• 1 big green pepper
• 4 green chillies
• ¼ bunch dhania (coriander)
• ¼ cup mayo
• 2 teaspoon garlic
• Salt
