Marie Biscuit Log recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• 1 ½ pkts marie biscuits
• 2 tins pears in syrup
• 1 small tin Nestle dessert cream
• 1. Drain the pears from syrup.
• 2. Mash the pears.
• 3. Sandwich between maries.
• 4. Lay the log on it's side and wrap in plastic wrap.
• 5. Leave to sit in fridge for 1-2 hrs, it will swell.
• 6. Remove plastic
• 7. Mix cream together, then pour over log.
• 8. Crush flake over.
• 9. Place in fridge to chill with cream.
• 10. When slicing, slice in an angle so that you may see a
