Ingredients

• Cooking spray
• 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
• 4 large Rosemary Farm egg whites
• 1 ¾ cups sweetened flaked coconut (7 oz. package)
• 6 Tbsp granulated sugar
• 1 tsp all-purpose flour
• ½ cup almond extract
• raspberry jam (you may substitute strawberry OR blackberry jam for the raspberry)
