• 1 large onion, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup creamy Thousand Island dressing
• 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup dill pickle slices, chopped
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce, for serving
