• 2 nests dried wheat noodles
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp chilli flakes in oil (eg Lao Gan Ma)
• Salt to taste
• ½ Japanese cucumber
• 2 tsp rice vinegar
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1-2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
