• WHIPPED CREAM:
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
• 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
• TOPPINGS:
• 1/4 cup strawberry jam
• Confectioners' sugar, for dusting
