• 3/4 cup sour cream
• 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1 (8-ounce) package pepper jack cheese, shredded, divided
• 1 (8-ounce) package sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
• 1 (15-ounce) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes, drained
• 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles, drained
