• 8 ozs. tomato paste
• 2 cup red wine
• 1 cup beef or chicken broth/stock
• 1 tablespoon dried oregano
• 4 rosemary sprigs
• 6 thyme sprigs
• 1 bay leaf
• salt
• black pepper
• oil
