• 3 Lebanese cucumbers or 1/2 english cucumber shredded
• 2 garlic cloves crushed
• 1/2 teaspoon salt (I used Himalayan salt)

• Juice from 1/2 of lemon
• 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped
• 1 teaspoon(or more) fresh mint chopped
• 1 teaspoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)
