Apple and Sultana bread – Shawfactor

Ingredients

• 1tb of dried yeast
• 3 cups of flour
• 1tsp salt
• 1/4 cup of sugar
• 1 cup of warm milk
• 60G of melted butter
• 1egg, lightly beaten.
• 6 Granny Smith apples
• 1 cup of sugar
• 3/4 cup of orange juice
• 1tsp of grated orange rind
• 1/2 cup of sultanas
• 2 tsp of cornflour
• 1 tb of water
• 2 tb of orange juice
• 2 tb og sugar
