Making sausage rolls? Another job for the Big Green Egg! Delicious for breakfast, as a snack, and ideal if you are organising a brunch or party.
Ingredients
- 2 270 g rolls of fresh puff pastry
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove of garlic
- ½ cm fresh ginger
- 2 spring onions
- 30 g pistachios
- 600 g chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Panko breadcrumbs
