It is a variation of Krem a la Krem cake, in my opinion quite successful. It is prepared quickly, easily and has a fine and delicious taste.
Ingredients
- ● Dr.oetker creme ole chocolate mix 2 pieces
- ● Dr.oetker creme ole vanilla mix 1 piece
- ● Egg 6 pieces
- ● Sugar 6 tbsp for the countertop
- ● Heavy cream (32% fat) 400 ml
- ● Cow milk 440 ml
- ● Water 4 tbsp
- ● Sugar 4 tbsp for icing
- ● Brandy/lichior 4 tbsp
- ● Dark chocolate 200 g
- ● Butter 200 g
