• 4 teaspoons Napa Valley organic olive oil
• 1/8 teaspoon Le Saunier de Camargue Fleur de Sel sea salt
• 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
• 1 3 1/2 ounce box mâche washed and dried
• 3 heaping tablespoons Gelsons Finest walnut halves and pieces toasted
• 1 wedge imported Reggiano Parmesan cheese
