Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp. Heinen's extra virgin olive oil

• 1 1/2 lbs. jackfruit, use the fibrous part around the pods
• 4 cups BBQ sauce, recipe below
• 4 French rolls, split in half horizontally
• Coleslaw, recipe below
• 1 cup cider vinegar
• 3/4 cup Heinen's ketchup
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 3 garlic cloves, chopped
• ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1 Tbsp. Heinen's Dijon mustard
• 3/4 cup bourbon whiskey
• 5 Roma tomates
• 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
• 3/4 cup chile sauce (prepared)
• 1 Tbsp.. Heinen's smoked paprika
• 1 small head Napa cabbage, shredded
• 1 head red cabbage, shredded
• 3 carrots, peeled and shredded
• 1 red onion, thinly sliced
• 6 mini cucumbers, cut into half circles
• 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and diced
