- 50 g Kondensmilch
- 30 g egg white (1 egg white)
- 145 gr Eis-Perfecto
- 15 gr Bindemittel-Perfecto
- 50 g white couverture
- 40 g sugar
- 16 g vanilla sugar
- pinch of salt
- 120 g dark couverture chips (you can also use chopped couverture, but I think it's better with the chips)
