Sweet and Salty Gingerbread Pie

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking soda

• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup chopped Gingerbread Twix bars (about 10-11 mini bars)
• 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup caramel spread/topping
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups powdered sugar
