Ingredients

• 3 honeycrisp apples, peeled and diced
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• ½ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 cup Ontario unsalted butter, softened
• 3 blocks Ontario cream cheese, softened
• ¾ cup sugar plus 2 tbsp for apples
• 3 large eggs
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• ¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
• ¼ cup granulated sugar
• ½ cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup old-fashioned oats
• ½ cup Ontario butter, softened
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• Caramel, for serving
